2 cups leftover stuffing
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 tablespoon flour
1 1/2 cup cubed cooked turkey
1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 dash poultry seasoning
1/8 teaspoon thyme

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Press stuffing in bottom of a greased baking dish. Saute onion and celery in butter ands stir in flour until well mixed. Gradually stir in evaporated milk over low heat until sauce thickens. Stir in remaining ingredient and mix well. Spoon on top of stuffing and bake for 25-30 minutes.
